The Texas Transition Conference (TTC) is an annual two-day conference focused on improving transition outcomes and postsecondary opportunities for youth with disabilities.

Conference attendees come from all over the state of Texas and include educators, transition specialists, vocational coordinators, service agency representatives, and youth with disabilities and their families.

Our sponsors are the Center on Disability and Development at Texas A&M University and the Texas Secondary Transition/Post-School Results Network.
